[READ] OVERFLOWING CREEK CAUSES FLOOD IN BRGY. KATIPUNAN, QUEZON CITY

QUEZON CITY, Philippines - In our community, overflowing creek is the major problem because of the people who throw their trashes in our neat creek, this problem causes a lot of floods when the typhoon or storm has come. And when the rain is stopped the smell of the garbage in the creek is so deadly and because of this some of kids and even adults felt seek.

Because of this matter, Mayor Joy Belmonte of Quezon City and the government created a punishment on which the responsible who are throwing their garbage in the creek will be penalized and fined with the cost of 5,000 pesos and a 1 year spend in prison.
